Job Requirements:

• Possess experience working with small, medium, and large enterprise IT organizations, and be able to navigate them effectively.
• Collect all the necessary information related to customer needs and requirements regarding the MSSP service.
• Collaborate with various organizations to coordinate activities related to issue resolution.
• Identify recurring problems by reviewing the entire problem logs.
• Keep a record of project status and open issues every week.

Experience & Education:

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in information security, computer science, management or a related field, or have a minimum of 8 years of experience.
• Possess network and systems certifications, such as Security , Network , and CISSP. Other industry certifications, such as ITIL, Microsoft, and PMP, are also highly valued.
• Passionate about computers, networking, and open-source applications and products.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and have strong problem-solving skills, intelligence, initiative, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
• Prior consulting experience is highly desirable.
• Actively participate in training programs and pass certification exams

• Experience with SIEM technology, such as AlienVault, LogRhythm, Splunk, Securonix, QRadar
• Familiarity with Vulnerability Management, Mitre Att&CK Framework, NIST Assessments, and Incident Response.
• Experience with Linux and Windows in virtual environments.
• Strong report writing and documentation creation skills
